Reflection and Reconstruction on the Standard of Accomplished Crime

The theory of elements of crime completed is at the standard position of China's criminal law theory on the standard of accomplished crime.And this theory has been recognized by variety of teaching materials and monographs,and has not been a long time to reflect.But the theory of the existence of defects must be further developed and revised.Based on this,this article reflects and further develops this theory,and a new viewpoint is presented.This article argues that the standard of accomplished crime is constitutive elements of crime elements completed which contains the contents of subjective and objective.At the same time,this article identifies the view that highlight the state of criminal purpose as a sign of an accomplished crime.
