Problems and Countermeasures on Tea-plucking at Present in Huyang of Shanghang

In this paper,through the investigation on the main tea plantations of Huyang village,focusing on the problems existing in tea-plucking at present,proposed and gave measures to solve them:firstly,on tea- plucking,do a good job of plucking tea by stages and in groups,rigorously enforce plucking standard, strengthen complete sets of measures,extend tea-plucking machines and tools;secondly,on management and administration,do well in technologieal training and guidance,improve contract and responsibility system, amplify tea-acceptance regulations and use cleaning utensils etc.
