Abstract

Objective To evaluate the effect of longitudinal preputial island flap on hypospadias.Methods 175 cases of children hypospadias were treated with longitudinal preputial island flap.Results All of the patients were cured,and there was no obvious complications.Conclusions It is effective to treat children hypospadias with ongitudinal preputial island flap.
