Abstract
Objective To investigate the nursing effect of clinical nursing pathway in hip replacement patients. Methods Sixty patients with hip replacement were randomly divided into the experimental group of 30 and the control group of 30.The experimental group adopted clinical pathway in the patients care, control group received routine nursing care, compared the nursing effect between two groups. Results In the experimental group, the complication rate(constipation, urinary retention, pulmonary infection, bedsore, lower extremity venous thrombosis,et al)were significantly lower than the control group( P 0.05).The average hospitalization time of the control group was(20.4±2.3)days,which was much less than the experimental groups(12.9±1.5)days,nursing satisfaction was significantly higher than the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P 0.05).Conclusion The clinical nursing pathway model applied in hip joint replacement, can significantly improve operation quality, accelerate rehabilitation process.
