Abstract

As the backbone of comprehensive transport system in China,railways play an important role in the construction of modern logistics system.The paper states the necessity of developing modern logistics by railway enterprises,analyzes advantages and disadvantages for railway enterprises to develop modern logistics,then puts forward several suggestions on development of modern logistics by China railway freight.
