Abstract
The general principles for optimizing combined cosine window functions are put forward, and applying the principles, the optimized combined cosine window functions with maximum side lobe decay are deduced. In incoherent sampling mode, these optimized window functions can make side lobes decay with maximum speed,so spectral leakage is obviously reduced. This is helpful to realize high-precision power grid harmonics analysis.
