Abstract
The entity models and material models of the shaped charge and the steel target were established based on analyzing about structure of the shaped charge and steel target, and mechanism jet damaging the target. The process of the linear shaped charge jet penetration through the target was simulated by adopting explicit dynamic analyzing program ANSYS/DYNA based on finite element and the way of ALE.In the process of the jet penetration the target, the trend and rule of aperture size changing with time were emphatically analyzed. The physics phenomena and rule were basically same by emulational result comparison with testing result. The result shows that calculating models and simulating means are reasonable and feasible, and can be a base for more researching jet damage.
