On the Current Situation of Rural Vocational Education and the Countermeasures——Taking the Current Situation of Rural Vocational Education in Xinmin as an Example

Abstract
With the current situation of rural vocational education and the analysis of countermeasures in Xinmin as the starting point,the current situation of rural vocational education has been summarized from four aspects: the layer of structure and scale,unfolding model,overview of human resources and operation mechanism.The current problems in rural vocational education has also been summed up,and the proposals for the reformation and development of rural vocational education are offered from six aspects including the construction of the vocational education model and the establishment of evaluating system,aiming to serve for solving the problems of villagers,countryside and agriculture,and accelerating the progress of urbanization.
