Abstract

The negative effect of the development of science and technology is the inevitable situation of the development of science and technology in the era of civilization. The abuse of the scientific and technological reason is the negative effect of science and technology. To reexamine the scientific and technological rationality, to explore the universal significance of scientific and technological ethics is the fundamental way out of the plight of human development.
