Abstract

This paper expounds the challenges of China's financial supervision system,puts forward some countermeasures for perfecting China's financial supervision,which include renewing the concept of the financial supervision concept,establishing and perfecting the legal system of the financial supervision,establishing and perfecting the deposit insurance system,establishing the internal control system and self-discipline mechanism of the financial institutions,and improving the quality of the staff engaged in the financial supervision.
