Research on Henan Provincial Policy Support Mechanism to Nurture Strategic Emerging Industries

Abstract

To foster strategic new industries of Henan province is a strategic approach in achieving industrial upgrading and leap-forward development.However,due to there existing some deficiencies in the process of development of strategic new industries,the policy support mechanism has to play its role to enrich the development plans from the bottom units to the top ones so as to form a benign mechanism to maintain continuity and systematicness of the policy application,to establish and perfect the targeted policy of assisting the development of strategic emerging industries,to set up the corresponding industry evaluation and assessment mechanism for the promotion of the competitiveness of the strategic emerging industry of Henan province.
