Abstract
As an important member of the school named top seven scholars in the Ming dynasty who aimed to restore ancient ways of literary work,ZHENG Shan-fu was a famous poet with national influence in the early literature history of Fujian province.His poems manifest the quintessence of those of DU Fu,which ranks the poetry of Du Fu as the highest aesthetic model in classical poetries and distinguishes their advantages with disadvantages,and they epitomize the school of following DU Fu in the middle of Ming dynasty.Analysis of his current affairs poetries with realistic style helps identify his outstanding contribution in periods of Hongzhi and Zhengde of Ming dynasty,and helps further research on the historical evolution of literary trends and literary style in the middle and late Ming dynasty.
