With the implementation of the city strategy,the government and enterprises,scientific research personnel in the work often use varieties of special electronic maps,electronic maps are of great significance to realize the sharing,comprehensive utilization. Based on the analysis of Super Map features and applications,development of thematic map management information system of Changchun City,and implementation of thematic map management information system of Changchun City have some practical value to promote the development of the digital city.
