A proposal of MIDI parallel computing system based on PC cluster

Abstract

This paper propose a Parallel Computer System that based on PC cluster.The system framework of hardware and software based on MIMD system structure and grain size of thick task are introduced.And the Single System Image(SSI) and Message Passing Interface(MPI) of this system are also to be discussed.In the last paragraph,a case of parallel arithmetic to count π in PC cluster system is given.
