Observation of clinical curation effects on treatment of nerve root cervical spondylosis by acupoint-injection at Jiaji point with warm acupuncture

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of treatment of nerve root cervical spondylosis by acupoint-injection at Jiaji point with warm acupuncture and compare with the clinical efficacy of electro-acupuncture alone to explore the better treatments.Mehtords 200 patients of nerve root cervical spondylosis were stratified by randomized,single-blind,contrastive assigned to the treatment group(100 examples)and the control group(100 examples).The treatment group was treated with Acupoint-injection at Jiaji Point with Warm Acupuncture,and the control group were treated with electro-acupuncture alone.The results were evaluated using the Diagnostic criteria of TCM syndromes after 3 course of treatment(30times),differences in the score of clinical symptoms and physical signs were observed and evaluated.Results The recovery rate of the treatment group was 84.00%,and the apparent efficient rate was 97.00%.The recovery rate of the control group was 64.00%,and the apparent efficient rate was86.00%.The group difference in the cured rates and efficient rates were significant(P0.01) in favor of the trial group,and there was also statistical significance(P0.05) in the score of clinical symptoms and physical signs between the two groups;The constituent ratio of the cured patients by 1～2 course of treatment constituent ratio is higher than control group(P0.01).Conclusion The results showed that the curative effect of the group treated by Acupoint-injection at Jiaji Point with Warm Acupuncture was better than that of control group treated by electro-acupuncture alone.The method combined the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine,the advanced methods of modern medicine and the acupuncture.It is a blend of all the acupuncture,acupuncture,Chinese medicine and acupoints for massage,it has the safety,convenience,affirmative advantage in curative effect,deserve the clinical expansion.
