Abstract
The Ti based Laves phase hydrogen storage alloy has many advantages, such as high capacity, easy activation and low cost, but its cyclic stability is insufficient. The RD status of Ti based electrode alloys in recent years, including the discharge capacity, activation properties; cyclic performance and the effects of various elements on alloy properties, are reviewed. The relation between crystal structure and properties of alloy is also analyzed.
