Research on Influences of Superovulation in Different Stage of Estrous Cycle about Mouse

This thesis mainly researched the relationship between the superovulation and the stage of estrous cycle of 108 mice.The experiment result showed that there were different influences of the superovlation in different stage of Estrous cycle,and there were the best results in proestrus group and dioescrus group,with the best quality of embryo.The saw plug rate reached 84.20%,and the embryo was taken out on 3.5d,the average of embryo reached 30.57,and lots of morula or blastosphere accounted for about 78.73% in a total of embryo.
