The Research of Hybrid Simulation Test Bench of Automobile ABS

To test performance of auto ABS,an ABS hybrid simulation test bench is built,configuration and operating principle of this test bench are introduced in the paper.Compared with other road test method and pure software simulation test method,this test method can test ABS in lab environment,test results include parameters like wheel cylinder pressure curve,wheel speed curve,slip rate curve and braking length,etc..With those curve parameters,comparison and analysis can be made to ABS products made by different manufacturers,and the influence of different ABS on vehicle braking performance can be verified,thus providing foundation for OEMs to choose ABS products.
