Abstract

Objective To study the relationship between fragmented QRS complexes wave in acute myocardial infarcation and ventricular arrhythmia. Methods 200 cases of acute myocardial infarcation patients were divied into the fQRS group and the NfQRS group according to the 5 days admission electrocardiogram with or without fragmented QRS complexes wave(fQRS). To statistical analysize of two groups the incidence of ventricular premature beat、ventricular tachycardia and fibrillation in the hospital. Results In fQRS group, the incidence of ventricular premature beat、ventricular tachycardia and fibrillation were higher than that of in NfQRS group(P0.05). Conclusions The acute myocardial infarction patients with fQRS, the incidence of ventricular arrhythmia were higher than that of without fQRS, and the fQRS could be the warming index of ventricular arrhythmia in acute myocardial infarction patients.
