Abstract
In red soil area of Jiangxi, the plots of five different cropping patterns were chosen, the effect of different cropping patterns on soil microflora were studied by the plate counting method under field conditions. The results showed that: the peanut different cropping patterns had a significant effect on soil microbial flora, when compared with crop rotation, the number of bacteria, actinomyces, azotobacter and rhizobium in the continuous cropping soil and rhizosphere significantly decreased, the number of fungi significantly increased. And as advance of peanut continuous cropping years, bacteria, actinomyces, azotobacter and rhizobium number in the soil and rhizosphere declined distinctly, fungi number increased obviously.
