The Yuan Dynasty,due to various reasons,the scholars' status changed significantly to the bottom of society.They started with a completely different experience and vision compared with the past to describe people and things around them.The prostitutes,because of the same status as the scholars and frequent contact with them,always became the heroines of the Zaju of theYuan Dynasty.However,they were treated equally,no longer with an indifferent attitude.They were described lively as individuals,which showed us the beautiful and vivid image of prostitutes different from the time prior to the Yuan Dynasty.
