Evaluation of Ziprasidone and Aripiprazole for schizophrenia and adverse reactions

Abstract
Objective:To evaluate Ziprasidone and Aripiprazole for schizophrenia and adverse reactions. Methods :60 hospitalized patients with schizophrenia were randomly divided into two groups, were given Ziprasidone and Aripiprazole treatment, treatment for 8 weeks. Before treatment and treatment over the weekend 1、2、4、6、8 respectively positive and negative symptom scale (PANSS) and side reaction scale (TESS) assessed the efficacy and adverse reactions. Results: The two drugs for schizophrenia rather: PNASS score two more before treatment after treatment were significantly decreased, between the two groups there was no significant difference; two sets of the total incidence of adverse reactions there was no significant difference, however, there are similarities and differences between the performance of. Conclusions: Ziprasidone and Aripiprazole for schizophrenia have better efficacy, adverse reactions is small.
