Application of Hot Stamping Technology in Body-in-white

Abstract

The temperature control of sheet metals,and the design and manufacturing of the mould as the core processes of hot stamping technology were researched based on the principle and working process of the technology,and the hot stamping materials and the main equipments were concluded.The characteristics comparison results between hot stamping technology and traditional cold stamping process were showed as the research,and the application and development trend of hot stamping technology in the body-in-white were summarized.
