Causes to the advancement of Xinjiang's urbanization

The current opinions believe that the development of urbanization in Xinjiang is slowly,and by analyzing the relation between urbanization and industrialization in Xinjiang,this article finds that the development of urbanization in Xinjiang is advanced more than the industrialization to some extent.There are two reasons bringing about this phenomenon: On the one hand,the reform of administrative division leads to more new cities which make the urban population increase;on the other hand,heavy industry-oriented of industrial structure in Xinjiang results in limited employability,as a result,urbanization of Xinjiang is out of harmony with industrialization of Xinjiang.So,the process of Xinjiang urbanization should adjust the structure between light industry and heavy industry to promote the balance of industrial structure and to promote coordinated development of Xinjiang urbanization.
