Abstract
The exact frame and Riesz basis are equivalent in the theory of frame while exact g-frame and g-Riesz basis are not equivalent.This paper discusses the difference of them from two aspects.Then the paper gives an equivalent characterization of exact g-frame and discusses the perturbation of fusion frame.
