Abstract
Objective To explore the application of different concentrations of heparin saline for pre-flushing,preventing catheter blockage,so as not to puncture.Methods Choice of anesthesia operation in 90 cases,divided into three groups randomly,30 cases in group A with 100 U/ml heparin saline precharge;30 cases in group B with 50U/ml heparin saline precharge;30 cases in group C with saline precharge.Results A and B of two groups of clinical effect is obviously superior to group C,A,B between the two groups showed no statistically significant differences.Conclusion 100 U/ml heparin saline pre-flushing effect is comparatively good,high concentration of heparin saline lower concentration of heparin saline pre-flushing effect is good.
