Abstract
Student support service is a very important content to guarantee the quality of distance education. The content and style of student support service is a hotspot of the modern distance education which is represented by the network education. The aruthors analyse the open investigation and the students' answer of it , and makes some discussion. At the end of the article, the authors sum up the shortage and wish this article make some inspiration to the development of student support service in the institute of network education.
