Abstract
With the development of education career in our country,the current college students' physical quality in general is bad,which is not conducive to the improvement of students' comprehensive quality,so should strengthen the students' physical education teaching.Physical education in colleges and universities and also the sunlight sports demand there is a certain gap,the following is mainly based on sunshine sports,discusses and analyzes the reform of physical education in colleges and universities on the college sports teaching change ideas,strengthen the development and utilization for the course,to give priority to strengthen the sports teaching reform in colleges and universities students,promote the improvement of college students' body quality.
