From the Right of Interference to the Responsibility to Protect——Re-interpretation and positioning of national sovereignty

The theory of the responsibility to protect has caused great concern in the field of international community since it is formulated.The theory of the responsibility to protect holds that sovereignty is not only a right,but more importantly means a responsibility.This paper re-interprets the state sovereignty,the relationship between the principles of state sovereignty and non-intervention of internal affairs from new perspectives of the responsibility to protect,and probes into the new connotations and humanization of sovereignty.
