Discussion of the Microenviroment in the Lung Fibrosis from the Perspective of Qi and Blood

Lung fibrosis appears in kinds of lung diseases. The treatment rule of boost Qi and activate blood huoxue has been supposed by most of clinic researchers. But it is not very clear about the cause and mechanism of lung fibrosis in Chinese medicine. We analyse the relationship between lung function and Qi and blood in Chinese medicine. Comparing the appearance of microenvironment in fibrotic lung and the appearance of Qi deficiency and blood stasis,we found that the changing of microenvironment in fibrotic lung(imbalanced immunities,obstruction of gas-exchang-ing,and blood stasis condition)consisted with the appearance of Qi deficiency and blood stasis. Huangqi and Danggui can adjust the imbalanced immunities,amend the blood stasis condition,and improve the expression of c-kit,which is obstruction to repair the lung tissue.
