Abstract

Objective To investigate the curative effects of video laparoscopy in the treatment of polycystic ovarian syndrome combined with infertility. Methods The clinical materials of 55 cases of polycystic ovarian syndrome combined with infertility were reviewed. The pregnancy rate and abortion ratio after laparoscopy were analyzed. Results The pregnancy rate after the laparoscopy treatment is 80%; and the abortion ratio is 7.8%. Conclusions The laparoscopy is an availability and fast precept in the treatment of polycystic ovarian syndrome combined with infertility at present.
