Abstract
This paper attempts to research the relationship among investor protection,corporate governance and corporate performance.Empirical results show that the level of investor protection is low,that there is no significant difference across industries,that the sub factor of investor protection manager responsibility is significantly related with the board scale,that fairness and equity concentration are significantly negatively related,that the relationships between investor protection and corporate performance are contradictory.These results indicate that researches on investor protection should take more factors into account.
