From "Open a Book and Have Benefits" to "Boot Beneficial" ——The Change of Reading Methods and the Corresponding Strategies of Library

The national reading survey shows that the reading methods had changed from trandictional reading to network reading,in this paper take a rational view that the trandictional reading and network reading is exist and different.Sujust that library should be established favorable guiding system and reading atmosphere.Extended the trandictional reading,meanwhile,provide classification and navigating in new-media service.
