Abstract
Objective: To observe the effect of thyroid gland surgery revealed recurrent laryngeal nerve. Method: 150 cases of thyroid gland lobectomy patients were divided into two groups,80 patients exposed group and 70 cases without exposing intraoperative recurrent laryngeal nerve group. Both groups were implemented thyroid gland lobectomy,of complications were observed 6 months after the occurrence. Result: The patients were followed up for 6 months,There're 6 cases with recurrent laryngeal nerve injuried;permanent injury in 1 case;laryngeal nerve injury in 5 cases;hypoparathyroidism in 3 cases in exposed group, the overall incidence of complications was 21.43%;group revealed recurrent laryngeal nerve recurrent laryngeal nerve injury in 3 cases of concurrent occurrence, all were temporary injury;without laryngeal nerve injury cases or cases of hypoparathyroidism, the total complication rate was 3.75%. Conclusion: The resection of the thyroid gland revealed recurrent laryngeal nerve effectively reduce the incidence of complications.
