Abstract
This paper introduces the traction power supply modes for urban rail transit in our country,illuminates the universal problem of the traction power supply modes for the moment.With exposition of the principle for selecting traction power supply mode,after analyzing the advantages and shortcomings of fourth rail power supply mode,the author advances that the hybrid power supply mode composed of contact line and contact rail is a good choice against the current backdrop.
