Abstract
Phytic acid is an important additive and can be used in many fields.In order to the exploitation of phytic acid,the development on the preparation techniques of phytic acid is reviewed.The preparation methods and conditions of phytic acid from phytin in abandon materials from farm products are discussed and compared.
