Abstract
Objective To explore the methods and clinical effects of mechanical ventilation in patients with respiratory failure of medical emergency. Methods Among 124 cases of patients with respiratory failure of medical in our hospital,96 cases patients were first treated with noninvasive positive pressure ventilation(12 cases switched to noninvasive positive pressure ventilation in the middle of the treatment),28 cases treated with invasive positive pressure mechanical ventilation.Observe the clinical effect. Results The efficiency rates were 83.3%,75.0%,78.6%.Noninvasive and invasive positive pressure ventilation appeared varying degrees of complications. Conclusion The mechanical ventilation mode can effectively improve the survival rate of the medical emergency department patients with respiratory failure.
