Analysis on the Problems of the Independent Innovation Ability of the Private Enterprises in Zhe Jiang Province-- Based on the Perspective of Intellectual Property

There are some problems for the capability of independent innovation of private enterprises in Zhejiang Province from intellectual property point of view, for example, it lacks inner drive of independent innovation, the superficial innovative ways,shortage of research funds and the few independent innovation ability of the talented person. Therefore, We should take various aspects to take measures: the creation, management, protection, application of intellectual property. We construct the regional independent innovation service platform; strengthen the intellectual property strategy and independent innovation management. We need to support and establish a number of independent intellectual properties with core technology and key technology and equipment innovation about innovation achievements to socio-economic development. Only in this way can enhance the competitiveness of the private enterprises, and improve their innovation ability.
