Abstract
Since China joined the WTO,discussions on industry protection mainly emphasize the strengthening of protection of specific industries,simply borrowing ideas from the experience abroad,or just taking advantage of the various relative clauses of the WTO,and take up the position that protection should be moderate.Based on this,this paper mainly probes into the effectiveness of such protection,putting forward two standards and some relative policy proposals for the realization of the effectiveness of protection.
