Abstract

The small and medium sized enterprises which makes up 90% of the enterprises in both European Union and China,have contributed much to the social and economic development.However,they are greatly different from each other in development modes.This paper discusses how China should draw on the advanced experiences from European Union to extend her financing channels and accelerate the internationalization of the small and medium sized enterprises.
