Abstract

Since faults occur inevitably in power-operation-process,the paper put forward a station-link-standing system structure in the relay protection and fault information management system,and discussed the new idea of establishing intelligent fault information analysis system,and described its general structure and also expounds the structure and function of the main-station-system and sub-station systems in detail.Practical application result shows that the system could meet the requirements of security and stability of the faults information system in the new mode of distant centralized monitoring network management system in voltage level 110kV and achieved openness and safety of power operation.
