Progress of Traditional Chinese Medicine Treating Chronic Atrophic Gastritis

Chronic atrophic gastritis(CAG)is a common chronic disease.Due to its ease of intestinal metaplasia and atypical hyperplasia of gastric cancer,it is closely related to the occurrence.WHO has made its positioning as a precancerous condition of gastric mucosa.Therefore,prevention and treatment of the disease by blocking its carcinogenesis has become a hot topic of research of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine.In recent years,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation and treatment of CAG in clinical and experimental studies have made some progress,showing some advantages.This article summarized CAG from the pathogenesis,clinical and experimental study on TCM treatment.
