Abstract

The causes of university loans and the problems in the present period were analyzed.Precautions and controls of risks of loans were brought forward from the aspects of government,universities and banks: the government should strengthen its responsibility,increase financial investment,and reinforce supervision of loan;universities should develop reasonable loan scheme,use funds rationally,enhance the ability to resist risks,broaden financing channels,and increase fund raising;commercial banks should be strict with project appraisal and perfect continuous managements of loans.
