Abstract
The Haihe River is a river short of resources in the seven river systems of the nation.The inadequate water supply each year causes the amount of water resources to decline.However,the agricultural and industry is more developed in this area,the requirement of amount for water resources.The current situation of water supply and the problems of water resources exploitation are analyzed and the suggestion for the water resources pxploitation and management are proposed.
