Abstract

Marxism should develop with the times. The essence lies in its invariable innovation, its internal basis is the law of dialectical development, the practicality and scientificity of Marxism. The key point is to be familiar with the theory of Marxism, to seize the right time, to make right policy decision and to adhere to the correct direction. That Marxism should develop with the times is the unity of adherence and development.
