This paper studies and analysis the allowable values、evaluated estimate and control measures on railway noise in abroad . In order to modify GB12525-1990《Emission standards and measurement methods of railway noise on the boundary alongside railway line》,writers discusses three types of the evaluated schemes on railway noise for different areas.
