Abstract

The inhibition action of chitosan quaternary ammonium was studied for carbon steel in sulfuric acid.Some factors were discussed on inhibition action such as the concentration,temperature,time and intrinsic viscosity,as well as the degree of substitution.The results show that the chitosan quaternary ammonium has good inhibition action under certain conditions in sulfuric acid.
