Abstract

Nowadays, the reform of education is being carried out. swimming with the tide, college physical education should be transformed from examination-based education into quality-based education. According to the role and feature of the college physical education, the methods of implement are put forward in order to optimize the teaching process and educate all-round qualified persons.
