Abstract
The coupling characteristics of seawater desalination technologies are analyzed,and the integration of desalination processes is introduced,including desalination methods,the integration between desalination and energy resource,pretreatment and desalination and the desalination among industrial chains.In addition,some problems in desalination integration such as low degree of integration and lack of theoretical guidance are pointed out.It is therefore suggested that the theoretic study of desalination integration and optimum technologies should be strengthened.
