Abstract
【Objective】 The objective of the study is to elucidate the pathogenicity of Colletotricum isolates from different litchi cultivars and regions.【Method】 We isolated many pathogens from infected samples in many regions and tissues of kinds of litchi cultivars. Some of these pathogens were named Colletotricum after identified. And then we detected the pathogenicity of these Colletotricum strains by inoculated on immature leaves in vitro. The leaves were stinged in a circle of 5 cm diameter by needles and the pathogens were plastered on the circles. 【Result】 The results showed that the pathogenicity of various Colletotricum strains from Feizixiao cultivar showed a remarkable difference each other. Most of these pathogens strains were weak pathogenicity and in pathogenicity. Only two strains were strong pathogenicity. 【Conclusion】 There is differentiation in pathogenicity of Colletotricum from different sources for the same litchi cultivar.
